The staff was professional and helpful. Mario at the front desk was able to solve a small problem we had quickly and professionally. He is great. All the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast as well. The location could not be better in a nice upscale area of the city, close to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Considering the cost, this one of the best hotel options in Sao Paulo.

Very good location, a few meters from the Oscar Freire subway station. There's a large supermarket right next to it. Check-in was quick, there's always someone speaking English which helped. Room was rather small, but that didn't bother me, and was very clean. Minibar was stocked up with food and drinks in case of a sudden urge to have a snack. Breakfast buffet was also very nice.

Fantastically positioned hotel, in the very heart of SP, less than 1 min away from the Oscar Freire metro station. Also a good breakfast, with many options of good quality. All this at a very competitive price.

Excellent location, close to stores and restaurants. Excellent breakfast, abundant and varied. Comfortable furniture, bed and pillows. Wifi is fast and covers all the building.
