The staff was professional and helpful. Mario at the front desk was able to solve a small problem we had quickly and professionally. He is great. All the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast as well. The location could not be better in a nice upscale area of the city, close to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Considering the cost, this one of the best hotel options in Sao Paulo.

Breakfast is the best part of the stay. A huge variety of items. The bed was ok, not the best; not the worst. The man helping us with our bags was the best.

location, lobby, breakfast (restaurant), staff is very solicitous , great water pressure in shower, clean, and dynamite location if you love Brazilian Fashion and cafes

Great cost benefit in Sao Paulo. Beautiful Hall, Busy atmosphere, restaurant and club at the rooftop.

Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast (actually one of the best i had in SP), many gluten free options. Location is just perfect.
